Og Hunnewell
is a co-founding partner and is the President of Nordic Properties.
Since
Nordic Properties’ inception in 1994, Og has overseen the acquisition
and/or development of over 5 million square feet of commercial, industrial
and multifamily real estate. Over that time period he has built Nordic into
a major player in the Greater Boston real estate market.
In
addition to his real estate development work, Og has raised over $110
million of equity in the past two years. His relationships with key
financial institutions and lenders provide the resources to move projects
along.

Peter
Nordblom
is a co-founding partner of Nordic Properties, and is the President of
Nordic’s affiliated real estate services firm, Nordblom Company.
Peter has
been the president of Nordblom Company since 1992. Under Peter’s
direction, Nordblom Company has evolved from a firm with a primary focus on
development/ investment into a full-service provider of real estate
services.
Peter’s
experience covers all types of commercial real estate including office,
industrial and multifamily, and includes over $650 million worth of real
estate development.

Rodger
Nordblom
is a co-founding partner of Nordic Properties and is the Chairman of
Nordic and Nordblom Company.
Rodger
Nordblom has over 50 years of experience in the commercial real estate
business specializing in commercial development, brokerage, and investment real
estate counseling.
Rod's
many real estate accomplishments include the pioneering of development
along Boston's
circumferential highway, Route 128 in the 1960s.
