  2. Managed all aspects of Phase I renovation (300,000 SF) from a dairy processing facility to an office/R&D property, including new lobbies, windows, roofs, HVAC systems and site work.
  3. Negotiated phased construction financing.
  4. Master-planned Phase II, totalling an addition 870,000 SF of new development and redevelopment.
  5. Obtained full Boston Redevelopment Authority approval of the master-plan.
