Marlborough, MA   370,000 SF Existing Office Space plus 320,000 SF of Approved F.A.R.   Class-A Office/R&D Master-Planned Campus

Negotiated the purchase of the four office buildings from one institutional owner, and acquired an additional 42 acres from a second institution. Completed the leasing of the vacant space. Obtained approvals, constructed, and fully leased the first new building, a 120,000 SF property. Implemented park-wide amenities including day care, an exercise facility, side- walks and jogging trails, and a new signage program. Handled the permitting and design of a second new office building now under construction.
